Digital Product Designer

In this role, you'll be expected to:

• Work with teams to discover and understand user needs on a fundamental level.
• Deliver interpretations of these understandings in a creative and visually appealing way.
• Design digital products and experiences in a way that creates value for users, both aesthetic and functional.
• Assist developers to ensure quality design output and overall product excellence.
• Conduct research and facilitate workshops to create and communicate product design solutions.
• Take ownership of the Nava brand identity and explore creative concepts within the company.
• Partner with product, sales and marketing teams on design-related outputs.

As a baseline, we're looking for:

• Evidence of exceptional ability in design and digital experience.
• Understanding across relevant design concepts and best practices.
• Experience with wire-framing, prototyping and UX/UI design.
• Passionate about creating innovative and elegant solutions in a digital environment.
• Experience having worked on customer-facing products that delivered business impact and customer satisfaction.
• Passionate about working with other businesses and colleagues to solve meaningful challenges in society.
• Experience with frontend languages and frameworks is advantageous, but not required.
